Background The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) to establish a contract for the supply and installation of truck plow and components. The goal of this contract is to ensure the State has the necessary equipment for snow removal and road maintenance, which aligns with their mission to provide effective public services. Work Details The successful vendor will be required to supply and install the following items on an existing 2025 Ford F250 Superduty: 1) Spray in Bedliner; 2) Fisher 8.5’ SSV2 Plow (or equivalent); 3) Third brake light strobe; 4) Spreader wiring harness & Interior Cab Controls for Fisher Polycaster (or equivalent). The vendor must also provide all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to perform these services. Additionally, the vendor is responsible for ensuring that all work complies with specified requirements and that any defective work is corrected promptly. Period of Performance The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within thirty (30) business days from the award date. Place of Performance The delivery and installation location is specified as Central Facilities Bureau, 65 South Fruit Street, Concord, NH 03301. Bidder Requirements Vendors must be duly registered with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property as State of New Hampshire vendors. Corporations or limited liability companies must also be registered with the New Hampshire Secretary of State. A completed Vendor Application Package must be on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property to be eligible for contract award.
