Background The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Management Services, is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for its offices located at 216 South C Street, Grangeville, Idaho. The goal of this contract is to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for the department's operations. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing janitorial services in an area of approximately 5,960 square feet. Services must be performed between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time, following the frequencies outlined in the Scope of Work detailed in Exhibit C. The contractor must include fully loaded rates that cover all operating and personnel expenses such as overhead, salaries, profit, insurance, supplies, travel, implementation, transition, and quality improvement. Period of Performance The initial contract term is anticipated to begin on April 1, 2026, and end on March 31, 2031. The total contract duration may not exceed five years including any extensions. Place of Performance Services will be performed at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare offices located at 216 South C Street, Grangeville, Idaho 83530. Bidder Requirements Bidders must comply with all requirements stated in the solicitation documents including maintaining necessary licenses and certifications as required by federal, state, and local laws. The contractor must also provide proof of worker’s compensation insurance if requested by the State.
