Summary

This requirement is for to perform necessary install on a, 2025 CHEVROLET K4500 (Tag number G61C1574, VIN#1HTKJPVH7SH000789). All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All items shall include standard warranty. Repairs will be completed in accordance with industry standards. Vendors shall be following all EPA and OSHA standards and requirements. SDS and any other required documents must be on site. Vendors must be properly insured to cover any losses for GSA vehicles that are in their shop. Valid business license(s) is required in accordance with state and local guidelines. All employees of selected vendor must be paid in accordance with local Department of Labor established wages. Background The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service, Fleet Services Division is issuing this requirement for the purchase and installation of multiple components on a 2025 Chevrolet K4500. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all necessary installations are performed in compliance with industry standards while adhering to EPA and OSHA regulations. Vendors must be properly insured and licensed according to state and local guidelines, and all employees must be compensated according to local Department of Labor wage standards. Work Details The work involves the installation of a steel dumping stake bed upfit on a 2025 Chevrolet K4500 (Tag number G61C1574, VIN#1HTKJPVH7SH000789). The Bill of Materials (BOM) includes: - 12’ long x 8’ overall width steel dumping stake bed with: - 3/16” smooth steel floor with crossmembers on 12” centers - 52” high x 8’ wide steel bulkhead with perforated window - NTEA Class 40 double acting electric hoist with dump body controls and body up warning light in cab - Two (2) 36” wide x 18” high x 18” deep steel underbody toolboxes with SS T-handle lock - Hitch plate bumper with Class V 2.5” receiver tube, two (2) D-rings, and ICC underride protection - 7-wire flat (RVS style) trailer socket installed in hitch. - Installation required for flatbed, bulkhead, stake sides, and hitch painted black. - Removable sides: 42” high stake sides with steel slats and posts with drop-in driver and passenger side racks and barn door swinging rear doors, painted black. - Fold-down sides: 24” high fold-down stake sides with steel slats and posts on driver side, passenger side, and rear of flatbed painted black. Period of Performance Delivery shall be completed no later than 120 days after receipt of order. Place of Performance The vehicle may be inspected at the following location: Three Rivers, CA 93271.
