The platform should offer tailored training for diverse employee needs and be accessible at all times. It must include features for administrators to assign specialized training, track progress, notify employees of required training, test for competency, and provide documentation for personnel files. Additionally, it should interface with the Human Resources information system's active directory for single sign-on capabilities. Period of Performance The contract period will begin upon award and is expected to run until February 11, 2026. Place of Performance The services will be performed within the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools district in Nashville, Tennessee. Bidder Requirements Bidders must comply with MNPS's insurance requirements including general liability insurance of $1 million, automobile liability insurance of $1 million (if applicable), workers' compensation insurance as per Tennessee law, and professional liability insurance of $1 million. Bidders must also provide a Certificate of Insurance naming MNPS as additional insured prior to contract execution.
