Sealed bids are being accepted by the County of Hudson, New Jersey for special printing services needed by various departments. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read. Specifications and bid forms can be accessed online at www.hudsoncountynjprocure.org. Bidders must submit their bids using the provided forms and adhere to the specifications outlined in the General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders. Any questions regarding the bid must be submitted in writing via email to Christine Moro, Purchasing Agent, at questions.purchasing@hcnj.us by January 16, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. No further questions will be accepted after this deadline. Any addenda related to the bid will be posted on the County Purchasing website and must be acknowledged in the bid submission. Bids can be submitted through hand delivery or courier services, and must arrive before the scheduled bid opening time. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure timely delivery. Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and no bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the opening date.
