The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) has a requirement for Waste and Recycling Disposal Service at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient waste management and recycling services at the cemetery, which serves as a memorial site for veterans. The NCA plans to award a single, firm-fixed-price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to fulfill this requirement. Work Details: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform scheduled and on-call waste disposal services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Specific tasks include: 1. General Waste Disposal: - One (1) 40-yard roll-off dumpster for general waste with bi-monthly pickups (24 times a year). - Two (2) six-yard roll-off dumpsters for general waste with weekly pickups (52 times a year). 2. Recycling: - One (1) six-yard roll-off dumpster for recyclables with weekly pickups (52 times a year). 3. Concrete Disposal: - One (1) 12-yard roll-off dumpster for concrete or similar materials with monthly pickups (12 times a year). 4. On-call services for additional 40-yard dumpsters as needed, estimated at three times per year. 5. All work must comply with NCA standards, local, state, and federal regulations including OSHA requirements.
