Background Cobb County is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms to create the preliminary design documents for the South Cobb Transit Center. Period of Performance The contract period begins upon notice to proceed in July 2026 and continues through the completion of the design phases as negotiated with the selected firm.
