Solicitation for Elevators Preventive Maintenance Service

The US Embassy Tbilisi requires services to maintenance building elevators in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The contarct type is firm fixed price contract for routine maintenance services paid at the monthly rate. There rates include all costs associated with providing elevator maintenance services in accordance with manufacturere's warranty including materials, labor, insurance, overhead, profit. The contract will be for a one-year period, with the four one-year optional periods of performance.
