Fire Reporting System Upgrade

This notice serves to inform the public of the award and the justification for the use of sole-source. The 9th Contracting Squadron has awarded a contract to Monaco Enterprises, Inc for the procurement and installation of a system upgrade to the Monaco D-21 Fire Alarm Reporting System. This upgrade is necessary to ensure enhanced system performance, reliability, and compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity requirements. This contract was awarded on an other than full and open competition basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
